We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team. This role will be a hybrid role time both onsite and working remotely, and can be based near our Lowell, MI or Menomonee Falls, WI locations. This Program Manager will be responsible to lead ASG new product development teams towards established project goals and objectives while ensuring cost, quality, & delivery commitments are met. Key
Responsibilities:
Single point contact ultimately accountable for delivery of project. Utilize strong decision making and leadership abilities to manage multiple projects to meet goals for time to market, product cost, and quality Prepare & present updates & gate reviews to senior management & broader team Utilize standard methodologies, tools, and frameworks Ensure team has a solid understanding of the ASG program management framework Continuously improve program/project mgmt. framework & develop/implement appropriate tools for execution of this framework Consolidate, report, and implement lessons learned Ensure team alignment & communication between marketing, engineering, & operations Establish team and project/program goals Identify and resolve barriers and risks to program execution Develop, teach, and monitor program management disciplines within the organization and ensure consistent use of these disciplines on project teams Work with appropriate functions to obtain costs & develop customer quotes. Analyze and evaluate product costs vs price targets Own, prioritize, and drive timeline & project hand-offs Raise awareness of program/project concerns and utilize critical thinking to find solutions Support development of project scope and resource requirements during portfolio planning process based on program benchmark data and stakeholder input. Travel to customer, supplier, & partner locations may be required as needed The above duties may be supplemented occasionally with other job duties and/or assignments related to career or personal development. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required PMP and/or Lean/6-Sigma Certification preferred 5
years' experience of program/project management with progressive responsibility 3
years' experience in a leadership role, direct reports preferred Ability to manage cross-functional team to successfully execute ASG projects Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Experience in Marine or Recreational Vehicle industry is a plus Skill Requirements:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
