In this role, the Receiving Coordinator will be directly reporting to the Receiving Supervisor.
This position significantly contributes to Navico Group's manufacturing and distribution departments and is vital in our efforts of achieving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of plans for storage and arrangement of stock to determine warehouse configuration, setup, movement, rearrangement, and traffic flow Coordinates workflow to hourly team members, maintaining efficient and accurate stock put away and reporting information to the supervisor Communicate with supervisor regarding inconsistent receipt information, defective property, and damage from shipping.
Reports shortages, damages and/or discrepancies on appropriate form(s) Assists with receiving and processing UPS shipments daily, including delivery of shipments to the mailroom, engineering, and maintenance areas Communicates closely with buyers, engineers, and office staff to verify receipt and location of product Maintains records of receipts, including proper filing and record retention Maintains an open line of communication with our shipping department to request additional support when needed Ability to assess the workflow and work with hourly staff throughout the day when needed Ability to monitor transactions on part movement, location history, and hourly team member productivity Ability to be pro-active by planning out both current and future inbound shipments Print the dock and test lab reports daily, ensuring accurate part storage Demonstrate the ability to make decisions and resolve problems.
Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments This data is internal to Brunswick.

High school diploma required.
Associate degree in business management or business administration strongly preferred, or equivalent experience required
Experience:
3
years' prior clerical experience in a shipping/logistics capacity Knowledge of shipping/receiving docks Comprehension of order flow throughout warehouse operations required Computer skills and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs Basic math skills Work Environment:
Standard shift operates Monday-Friday, 6:
00am - 2:
30pm.
Overtime daily/weekend based on seasonal and business needs Ability to be on feet for 8-10 hours of each shift in a continuously fluid and fast-paced environment Must follow proper lifting techniques while keeping safety at the forefront of all tasks Must be able to meet tight deadlines and scheduling appointments Must be able to multitask and shift priorities frequently Job Type:
